Lauren graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Sport Science and Health before completing her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.

Lauren has a wide variety of experience having worked in private practice, aged care and community rehabilitation. Over the last ten years Lauren has treated many different injuries which allows her to provide a thorough assessment and treatment approach to each individual’s care needs. Lauren comes from a competitive swimming background and also loves to treat sporting injuries and work with getting all athletes back to their full capacity.

Lauren has completed her full DMA clinical pilates training and has over 8 years’ experience utilising clinical pilates to rehabilitate her patients. Lauren believes in a whole body approach to rehabilitation. She understands how important building core strength is to supporting the rest of the body and preventing further injuries in the long term.

Clinical pilates is beneficial for all ages and Lauren is very passionate about educating and building her patients confidence through showing them how physically strong they are.

Lauren believes in a team approach to rehabilitation and loves taking the time to build a strong rapport with her patients to allow them to get the best outcome to treatment.

In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her two children and husband.
